Our panfrutto is made with the same award-winning mother dough and proofing techniques as panettone, but it is smaller and comes in seasonal flavors. Baci Di Dama
Pasticceria Zanotti invented Baci di Dama, or Lady’s Kisses, in 1890. A unique ensemble of flavor and texture rolled into a bite-size, this world-famous cookie is still baked in Tortona after all those years. A perfect combination of almond, butter, flour, and chocolate, they are unlike any other baci that you’ll find. Savoring them as afternoon tea or morning snacks, we can only think of one word: magic.
Strepitosa
Strepitosa gianduia is a creation of La Tonda from Alessandria, where the best Italian hazelnuts are grown. It contains 55% of Piemonte IGP hazelnuts, the highest we could find in the market, giving a nutty, bountiful foundation to the luscious cacao. With only four ingredients (hazelnut, cacao, sugar, and sunflower lecithin) and no dairy product, this creamy spread is lactose-free, gluten-free, and soy-free.
